Returns and misprints
- Cancellation and refund options depend on order status and who supplies the shipping label. New orders can be deleted in the system or through support. Confirmed customer-label orders cannot be canceled.[1]
MenPrint-label cases go to support. Producing orders cannot be canceled. If an order is not in transit more than five working days after order creation, both label routes specify a 100% order-value refund.
- After dispatch, MenPrint remedies depend on who supplies the label. For customer-supplied labels, the merchant handles carrier delivery claims after handoff.[1]
For MenPrint labels, an order stalled for more than 10 working days can be resent or refunded at 100%, within 10 days of the last update. If tracking says delivered but the order is not received, customer-label buyers raise a complaint with TikTok or the carrier; MenPrint-label orders can be resent but not refunded. If delivery went to an address different from the supplied address, MenPrint-label orders can be resent or refunded at 100%; ask for the remedy on a customer-label order.
- Claim MenPrint manufacturing errors within 7 days of tracking delivery.[1]
Print faults, defects present before shipping, wrong items, designs, sizes, colors or counts and unexpected product dimensions qualify for resend or refund: 100% of goods value for customer-supplied labels, or 100% of order value for MenPrint labels. Carrier damage, misdelivery and delay are excluded for customer-label orders; MenPrint-label orders receive 100% resend or refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds and resends exclude wrong buyer addresses, preference changes, minor size variation and poor-quality supplied artwork. Other vendor or end-buyer causes that are not MenPrint’s fault are also excluded.[1]
Seller-supplied postage and MenPrint postage have different carrier-risk rules.
