Samples and lead times
- Approved wholesale accounts can buy stock samples with no minimum at standard wholesale prices and no returns. Custom samples have separate costs.[1]
- Dye development lists a USD 75 lab dip and sample cost of USD 75 plus 2.5 times unit cost, with the USD 75 credited against a bulk order. Lab dips/samples are estimated at one to two weeks.[3]
Minimum fabric weight can require multiple sample units per colour; confirm final sample quantity and charge.
- Custom dye production is estimated at four weeks after sample approval, provided suitable stock is available. Dye programme estimate; does not replace the separate cut-and-sew lead time.[3]
