What Brand Assistant Does
Brand Assistant is a conversation space for building and running your print-on-demand clothing brand. It can help you explore your brand direction, find blanks, review available trends, and understand Vaybel workflows.
Beta availability: Brand Assistant is available to members of workspaces with active Starter or Growth access. It appears as Assistant, directly below Dashboard in the sidebar.
The current chat can explore and advise. Creating artwork, saving product drafts, publishing, and scheduling happen outside Brand Assistant.
Start a Conversation
Open Assistant, directly below Dashboard in the sidebar, and type your message. You can also choose a starting point to fill the message field, then edit it before sending. A conversation is saved when you send your first message.
Try requests such as:
- “Help me plan a summer collection.”
- “Find blank sweatshirts for my next drop.”
- “Explore trends that match a minimalist style.”
- “Turn my botanical print idea into a design prompt.”
Use New conversation for each drop or project. Open or hide History to make room for the chat. Search or switch between Recent and Archived to find a conversation. Click a conversation's title to rename it, or open its three-dot menu for Rename, Conversation guidance, and Archive conversation. Archived conversations have a Restore conversation action. Conversations are private to your login within the selected workspace.
Brand Assistant shows its current activity and writes the response as it arrives. Use the square Stop response button to stop a run. You can scroll back without losing your place, then use Jump to latest to follow the response again. If a response fails, use Retry response. Responses are saved, so you can leave and return to a conversation.
New conversations receive a short title based on your first question. Unsent drafts are kept separately for each conversation in the current browser tab, including after a reload. Use the pencil beside your latest question to edit and resend it; Cancel edit leaves the conversation unchanged.
Give Brand Assistant Useful Context
Set up Brand DNA so Brand Assistant can use your brand description, audience, colors, and tone. It also uses your recent conversation, the conversation brief, and relevant public documentation.
Use Conversation guidance to keep important preferences in the brief, such as your target audience or the direction of a drop. Brand Assistant does not remember every older message or automatically save preferences across conversations.
Brand Assistant can look up available blanks, designs, listings, trends, and Insights within your workspace and plan access. Expand Sources and context with a reply to see its references. Missing product specifications should be treated as unknown; a product name alone does not confirm its fit, fabric, or quality.
Choose a Blank and Continue Designing
Blank searches can show product cards inside the conversation. Describe the garment and artwork you want. Brand Assistant can help refine the concept using your brand context.
The first four matching blanks appear immediately. Use Show all to expand the rest. Cards retain the catalog's full product names and show a separate provider label when available. Suggested next steps beneath a reply fill the message field for you to review before sending.
To create the product:
- Use Choose blank on the product card to open the Design step in Launch Product.
- When Brand Assistant has developed a suitable artwork prompt, it arrives prefilled. Review or edit it. If you were only browsing blanks, enter a new prompt.
- Generate and review the artwork using the available previews.
- Continue through mockups and listing review when you are ready.
The interactive design generator and previews open in Launch Product. Brand Assistant does not generate artwork or display an interactive 3D editor inside the conversation yet. Preview modes vary by product; see Create a Design.
Boundaries and Review
Brand Assistant focuses on clothing-brand work and using Vaybel. It redirects unrelated questions and follows Vaybel's content and usage rules. It can help with original artwork and authorized brand assets, but cannot help bypass restrictions or create prohibited content.
Review recommendations and available product details before acting. Brand Assistant does not publish products, spend credits on generation, send messages, approve actions, or run scheduled tasks from this chat. Scheduling and self-driving operations are not available in this version.
