Use Self-Fulfillment

Enable self-fulfillment when your team handles printing and shipping instead of a Production Partner.

When To Use This

Use self-fulfillment when you do not want Printful or Printify handling production and shipping.

Important Constraint

Self-fulfillment is the alternative to an active Production Partner. If Printful or Printify is already connected and in use, switch only after confirming that disconnecting it is safe.

Setup Pattern

  1. Open Settings -> Integrations.
  2. Confirm there is no Production Partner connection you still need.
  3. Enable the self-fulfillment preference.
  4. Recheck the workspace configuration before publishing listings.

Validate The Result

Check:

  • self-fulfillment is enabled in the intended workspace
  • no stale Production Partner mapping is left on the channel
  • your team knows the downstream fulfillment process outside Vaybel

Use Carefully

Self-fulfillment changes who owns production responsibility. It is not just a cosmetic setting.
