Order Samples And Manage Print Quality

Goal

Know exactly what your customers will receive before you start selling a product. The only reliable way to do that is to order a sample of each blank you sell.

Why Samples Are Highly Recommended

Vaybel prepares your designs and print files against the specifications your production partner publishes. But the final printed product is produced by your partner's network, and results genuinely vary:

• Per provider — Printful, Printify, and each print provider inside Printify's network use different printers, inks, and processes. The same design can come out slightly different at each.
• Per facility — large partners route orders to different production facilities depending on stock and destination. Each facility interprets sizing and placement according to its own process.
• Per garment size — a print area that looks right on a size M can sit differently on an XS or a 3XL. Placement and relative print size shift across the size range, and this differs for each product.
• Versus mockups — mockups are visual approximations. Colors, placement, and texture on the physical garment will not match the screen exactly.

None of this is under Vaybel's or fully under your partner's control, which is why checking the real result matters.

What To Check On Your Sample

• print position and size on the actual garment, front and back
• color accuracy against your design and mockups
• print sharpness and edge quality
• fabric feel and how the print sits on it after one wash
• sizing and fit compared to the size chart you publish

If Something Is Off

• review the print file against your production partner's current file requirements
• compare across sizes — if only some sizes look wrong, raise it with your partner, as per-size placement is set by their process
• switch providers for that product if results stay inconsistent; results are product-specific, so test again after switching
