Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- access to the Printify account you want to use

Pick The Right Printify Store First
Before you connect Printify in Vaybel, decide which Printify store belongs to which sales channel.
- use one Printify store per sales channel
- if you sell on more than one channel, keep those stores separate
- the store you link in Vaybel is the one Printify uses to fulfill orders for that channel
Store type matters
When you create a Printify store, choose the correct store type for that sales channel. Confirm the store type is right before connecting.
Where To Start
Open Dashboard -> Settings -> Integrations, then use the Printify row under Production Partners.

Link The Printify Store To The Sales Channel
After you connect Printify, Vaybel automatically tries to match the Printify store to the active sales channel based on store metadata. In most cases the link is set up for you.
Verify the linked channel badge appears on the correct Printify store. If the auto-link is wrong or missing, fix it manually:
- Open
Dashboard -> Settings -> Integrations. - Find the Printify store row you want behind this channel.
- Link that store row to the intended sales channel.
- Confirm the linked channel badge appears before you publish.
Store selection matters
If the account has multiple stores, make sure the auto-linked store is the one you actually want for this channel.
How The Flow Works
With Printify, Vaybel publishes the product to Printify first, then pushes the listing to the sales channel. Vaybel sets the correct blueprint, print provider, variants, and uploads print files to Printify so orders can be fulfilled automatically.
If the Printify store is not linked to the correct sales channel, this chain breaks and orders will not fulfill automatically.
Review The Product In Printify
Before you trust automatic fulfillment, open the product in Printify and review the blueprint, print provider, variants, and print files. This is the best way to catch accuracy problems before orders start coming in.
Watch For
- linking the wrong Printify store when the account has more than one
- connecting Printify in a different workspace than the sales channel
- assuming the first store Vaybel shows is the one you want
- not reviewing the product in Printify before relying on automatic fulfillment
