Where product videos fit
In Launch Product, continue from mockups to the videos step. For an imported product, use the Videos step in Optimize Product. Product showcase videos are listing assets; social content has a separate creation and publishing workflow.
Generate and review
- Finish selecting the product mockups you want to use. Check artwork, garment color, and image quality first.
- Open the videos step and start generation using the controls shown there. Review the credit requirement before starting.
- Wait for the generation result. Do not start another run just because a video is still processing.
- Play the finished videos and select the ones you want to use. Check motion, product appearance, and whether the artwork stays consistent.
- Continue to the listing and review its media before publishing.
Generating or selecting a video does not publish the listing. Channel media requirements still apply; inspect the final listing rather than assuming every generated asset will be accepted.
If generation fails
Use the retry control after a failed result. If the video remains in progress, check its status before launching a replacement. Review generation troubleshooting for what to include in a support request.
Access
Listing showcase-video generation is available with Starter or higher; Optimize itself requires Growth. The amount shown for the action and your current credit balance determine whether you can start.
