Measure and Improve

Read Your Shop Insights

Use channel and date filters to understand orders, revenue, and product performance.

Updated 2026-09-09

Open Insights

Open Insights in the dashboard. Shop Insights requires Growth access. Choose the sales channel and date range you want to review. Compare the same channel and time period when checking figures against your shop.

Read the metrics

  • Orders: the order count in the available data for the selected period.
  • Revenue: gross merchandise value (GMV), not your profit or payout. Production costs, shipping, platform fees, refunds, and other adjustments can make accounting totals differ.
  • Conversion rate: orders divided by views, multiplied by 100.
  • Click-through rate: views divided by impressions, multiplied by 100.

The available metrics depend on what the connected channel supplies. A zero rate when its denominator is missing or zero does not establish that shoppers rejected your product. Insights is not a replacement for the channel's financial statements.

Decide what to improve

Use daily trends to see changes over time and the design-performance list to compare products by views, orders, and GMV. Review the product and listing behind a result before making changes.

For example, a product with views but few orders is a reason to review photos, sizing, delivery details, and price. It is not proof that any single one caused the result. Use Optimize Product for supported imported products, and compare performance after a meaningful observation period.

Missing data or an error

Confirm that the correct shop is connected, widen the date range, and check whether the shop has activity. Collection is not a promise of real-time updates or identical metric coverage across channels. Check the source shop if a figure looks unexpected.

Use Try again for a temporary load error. For an authorization error, review store connections. Include the selected channel, date range, and error when contacting support.
