What Vaybel Charges
Vaybel bills you for your Vaybel plan and, where offered, optional credit packs — nothing else. Plans and prices are on the pricing page; the Free plan has no charge. Each workspace is billed by exactly one of the methods below, decided by how the workspace was created.

Shopify App Store installs
If you installed Vaybel from the Shopify App Store, Vaybel never asks you for a card. Every Vaybel charge is a Shopify app charge that you approve inside Shopify, and your Shopify invoice is the only place it appears.
Platforms You Connect Bill You Directly
Vaybel works with accounts you already own on other platforms:
- Production partners — Printful, Printify
- Sales channels — Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop
- Social accounts — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X
Each of those accounts is yours, opened directly with that company under its own terms and pricing. Anything it charges — production and shipping on fulfilled orders, sample orders, listing or transaction fees, commissions, or a subscription to that platform's own paid plan — is set by that company, billed by that company, and paid by you to that company, on its platform.
Vaybel is not part of those transactions:
- Vaybel does not collect, process, mark up, or pass through any third-party charge.
- No third-party cost ever appears on a Vaybel invoice or on a Shopify charge from Vaybel, and no Vaybel charge appears on a third party's invoice.
- Pricing, invoicing, refunds, and disputes for those charges are handled entirely between you and that company, under the agreement you have with it.
Actions you take through Vaybel — publishing a listing, sending an order to a production partner, ordering a sample — can trigger that platform's normal fees, exactly as if you had done them on the platform directly. Vaybel shows the production cost it reads from your provider so you can set your gross margin, but the cost itself is the provider's.
