Optimize and Improve a Listing

Use the Optimize flow to improve titles, descriptions, tags, images, and videos on imported products before republishing.

What This Flow Does

After you import a product, Optimize is where you improve the existing listing using Vaybel AI. The flow has three steps: Product, Improve, and Publish.

Teams with live listings that need better titles, descriptions, tags, images, or videos.

Primary Outcome

An improved listing pushed back to the connected sales channel.

The Three Steps

Step 1

Select the product

Open Optimize Product from the dashboard sidebar. Select an imported product that already has a connected listing.

Step 2

Improve the listing

This is the main editing page. Each field can be improved individually using AI or edited manually:

  • Title — edit directly or use AI to regenerate. Vaybel shows an inline diff so you can compare the new version against the original and undo if needed.
  • Description — same pattern: edit, regenerate with AI, compare, undo.
  • Tags — same pattern.
  • Images — reorder by dragging, remove weak images, or generate new mockups to add fresh product imagery.
  • Videos — generate new product videos to add to the listing.

Vaybel tracks which fields have changed from the original listing so you can see exactly what will be updated when you publish.

Step 3

Publish changes

Push the improved listing back to connected sales channels. You can choose which fields to publish per channel (title, images, etc.) so you stay in control of what goes live.

When To Use Optimize vs Launch

  • Use Launch when you are creating a brand-new product from scratch inside Vaybel.
  • Use Optimize when the product already exists in Printful or Printify and you want to improve its live listing.
