Return a single design.

Parameters

design_idstringRequired

Product design ID.

image_viewstringDefault: "product"

One of "product", "artwork"

product (default) shows the artwork on the garment. Use artwork only for an explicit request for raw artwork or print graphics. This selects existing images without generating anything.

Returns

The same fields as a design.list row, plus product_images: saved garment previews (placement, image_url), front first. Show these by default. An empty list means no product preview is available; do not substitute raw artwork. images retains every side's raw artwork for explicit artwork requests; image_view selects the gallery view. No new images or mockups are generated. url opens the saved design; share it rather than building a link. A result that still requires repair has generation_status=failed and a public generation_error. Do not present it as a completed design or retry generation automatically. Internal processing diagnostics are not returned.
