listing.list_warehouses

List the TikTok Shop warehouses saved in the account (needed before publishing there).

TikTok Shop requires a warehouse on every listing. Pick a warehouse_id from here and assign it with listing.update(listing_id, warehouse_id=...). This reads the saved list and contacts nothing; when it is empty or out of date, listing.sync_warehouses fetches it from TikTok.
