Who makes one Blank Library garment, who sells it plain, and who prints it and ships it.

The three are separate decisions, and their prices are not comparable: a blank's price is for the plain garment, a printed price includes decoration. Each supplier carries its basis: catalog (Vaybel's catalog makes, prints or routes this garment through it), offer (its researched price names this garment by brand and style code) or brand (its research names the brand, not this style). Nothing is ranked; closer evidence is listed first, then A to Z. Each row has total and suppliers (up to 250), each with handle for suppliers.get, name, url, business_country, basis, relationship (makes, stocks, prints, routes, prints_on or offer) and price (amount, currency, unit, includes, product: an offer's stated price of the row's kind, or null).
